This licensed Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the overall quality and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within a cluster of facilities. Plans, develops, implements and monitors business. Develops and evaluates effectiveness of associates and ongoing programs. Coordinates efforts with District Manager to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with the larger area.

This manager will be responsible for Greenville, Lumberton and Tarboro NC and South Hill. VA. Long-term-care experience is a must and at least 5 years experience as a multi site manager is preferable. We are developing outpatient rehab so experience in outpatient is a plus.
