Performs evaluations and develops effective resident treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of resident function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility. We have the following locations available in North Carolina: Charlotte, Newton, Wadesboro, Greensboro, Greenville, Lumberton and one in Union, SC. We also have the following loctions in VA: Galax, Mount Airy, Martinsville and South Hill.
