We are an independent full service home modification company servicing the workers compensation insurance industry. On a daily basis we are working with catastrophically injured workers across the country and making their houses, homes again. It is a joy to wake up and go to work making a significant difference in peoples lives. We are growing and providing an opportunity to a few select therapists in North Carolina who have a passion for helping people and who have an interest in home modifications. It may or may not be you, but it just might be worth having a conversation to see if there is a fit. You are an OT or a COTA and currently licensed. You are most likely working in home health and can usually write your own schedule. You have a keen interest in home modifications and even if you don't have a lot of experience, don't worry, we'll teach you all you need to know. This position will be per diem for a while. As we get to know each other and as the case load grows, it could lead into full time, or franchise ownership opportunities. You are willing to travel within your region of the state. You are unique, fair minded and can follow a system as instructed. You work well with others and are comfortable working in and around others homes. You most likely enjoy a little adventure, you are dependable, have a good attitude and consider integrity a cherished value.
