Student-run free clinics play a vital role in providing accessible healthcare while offering valuable educational experiences for future healthcare professionals. This presentation highlights the development and implementation of a quality assurance and data collection framework designed to enhance patient care, improve clinical operations, and support continuous quality improvement. Key performance indicators, patient outcomes, service utilization, and follow-up measures were systematically tracked to identify gaps in care and inform evidence-based interventions. The initiative also fostered student engagement in quality improvement processes and data-driven decision-making.
