Why isn’t my password working? Not only did the website get a new look, we entirely switched platforms. We switched away from Memberclicks and to a wordpress website. This means, we had to create all new accounts. As a result, your old passwords won’t work and you’ll need to set a new one.
How do I reset my password? To reset your password, visit ncota.org/login and select “forgot password”. You will be sent an email with a link to change your password.
What if I didn’t receive my password reset email? There are two potential causes:
- The email went to your spam folder or it needs a few moments to arrive
- Your membership may have expired before mid April/early May, so your account wasn’t transferred to the new website. A new account will need to be created.
How do I create a new account? Simply visit ncota.org/join and sign up for a new membership. You’ll be prompted to enter an email and password when you check out and this will be your new account information.
