Submit your proposal for Fall Conference

Hi reader,

Phew! Didn’t get your submission in yet? You’ve got more time!

We’ve extended the deadline for our Fall Conference until June 30th.

Not sure yet if you’ll submit? Here’s your nudge to just do it! You don’t have to know it all, you just have to know more than some of the people you’re talking to. No matter your level of experience, your attendees will certainly learn something new!

The call for proposals for the upcoming NCOTA Conference is still open, and we are looking for dynamic speakers to lead our 2-hour workshops and 1.5-hour short courses.

The deadline to submit your proposal is Monday, June 30th.
Posters are due August 15th.

How to Submit Your Proposal

Ready to inspire your colleagues? You can complete and submit your proposal electronically using the link below:
Note: All fields on the form will expand to allow you plenty of space for complete, detailed responses.

Important Details for Presenters

Before you hit submit, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
  • Primary Speaker as Sole Contact: The primary speaker will serve as the sole point of contact for NCOTA. All correspondence regarding proposal reviews, acceptance, and onsite logistics will be sent exclusively to the primary speaker’s email.
  • Keep Contact Info Updated: It is the primary speaker's responsibility to ensure all contact information is accurate. Any email updates must be reported promptly to NCOTAConference@gmail.com to avoid missed deadlines or delayed notifications.
  • Team Agreement: By submitting the form, the primary speaker confirms that all listed presenters have reviewed and approved the proposal content and fully agree to participate if accepted.
