How to Download and Add the Icon
Ready to update your signature? Just follow these simple steps:
- Download the Badge: Download the image attached to the link below (or the one shown above) and select “Save Image” to save it to your computer.
- Open Your Email Settings: Go to your email client (such as Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail) and open your account settings or preferences menu.
- Find Your Signature: Locate the “Signature” section.
- Insert the Image: Click the Insert Image icon (usually looks like a small mountain or picture frame) in the signature toolbar, and select the badge file you just saved.
- Adjust the Size (Optional): If the image appears too large, you can click on it within the signature editor and use the corner handles to scale it down to a size that looks clean and professional alongside your contact info.
- Save Changes: Don’t forget to scroll down and click “Save Changes” or “Apply.”
